Heat Will Stick It to Foes, Haters
In a recent poll of 302 million Americans, the Miami Heat were rated as less popular than bed bugs dressed as Nancy Pelosi. So if likability mattered, Miami would go winless this season.
Sadly for Heat haters, your desire to see an alligator eat LeBron James is largely pointless. Oh, it may give you fleeting moments of joy as Miami loses two or three games between now and Memorial Day. But when this season ends, coach Dick Cheneys team will rule the NBA.
Whats that, Erik Spoelstra is Miamis coach? Sorry, but its just hard to keep up with all the bile Miami has released. According to USA Today, they rank among the 1.5 percent of most arrogant brands in the world.
Thats not just sports teams. Thats everything from athletes to companies to South American dictators.

Surprise: Switzerland beats Spain
Unfancied Switzerland inflicted the first big shock of the World Cup by consigning European champions Spain to a surprise 1-0 defeat in Durban.
It is a nightmare start for Spain, which arrived in South Africa ranked as the second best team in the world. It will surely now have to win its next two group games to avoid an embarrassing exit before the knockout stages.
Gelson Fernandes' 52nd minute strike for the Swiss came completely against the run of play, and will hardly be remembered as one of the tournament's finest, but despite pouring forward in the game's dying stages Spain could not salvage a point.
The Swiss now share top spot in the group with Chile, which produced an impressive display to beat Honduras 1-0 in Wednesday's early kickoff.
Jean Beausejour grabbed the only goal of the game, bundling home a cross from Mauricio Isla, but Chile could and should have scored....
